How do I pay by money order?
 When paying by money order, we are able to ship all in-stock items as soon as payment arrives. For special order items, we will not be able to begin processing your order until your payment is received.

What is your return policy?
 Returns will be accepted within 30 days for store credit or exchange ONLY. We will allow returns only with a Return Authorization number (RA#), receipt and original, intact packaging. Please be certain to return your purchase in original packaging with an exterior box, well packed and insured for the full amount. Additional packaging may be necessary. All credited returns or exchanges must be in original, unused condition. Red Lollipop retains the right to refuse credit on any shipment arriving in less than saleable condition. Please contact orders@redlollipop.com or 1-702-492-6807 for a return authorization. Shipping costs from Red Lollipop will not be refunded or credited under any circumstances. All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Credits are good for a period of 12 months following issuance. |

What if I need to revise my shipping address?
 Upon placement of order, please check your confirmation email immediately to insure "ship to" address is correct. Should the address be incorrect, please contact Red Lollipop immediately. Once a package has been shipped, there will be a $15 redirect charge should the address need to be changed while in transit. |

Can I have my items gift wrapped?
 Gift wrapping is available on most orders with purchase of a gift card. When ordering online, please use the field labeled "Special Instructions" in the "Shipping Information" section of the order form to specify exactly which items you would like to have gift-wrapped. We are unable to gift wrap some items due to size. |

What is your shipping policy?
 We are currently shipping to USA addresses only. All orders are shipped FEDEX ground unless otherwise specified. In stock orders received Sun-Thurs are shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders needing express shipping must be placed by 12PM PST in order to process that same day. Express shipments placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will shipped the following Monday unless Monday is a general vacation day. Express packages do NOT ship out on Saturdays. Please note that Federal Express Ground does not deliver on Saturday. Express shipments can be delivered on Saturday, however, customers need to specify Saturday Delivery with an additional charge. This charge will need verbal approval by the customer and is in addition to the charge shown on the receipt. Assume express shipping delivery requests DO NOT include weekend days. For example, a 2-DAY delivery leaving Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.

 Nevada residents will have sales tax automatically added to their order.
Non-Nevada customers are expected to comply delivery state's current laws regarding purchases over the Internet. .

 The Red Lollipop is secured using a Thawte Digital Certificate. This ensures that all information you send to us via the Internet will be encrypted using the latest 128-bit standards. Please view our Security Information page to verify the authenticity of our Thawte Digital Certificate.
Upon the placement of an order, you will notice the URL in your browser begins with "https://" to indicate that you are submitting your personal information via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).

How do I search the online catalog?
 The product search utility is very easy to use. You may search for a single word or a phrase. If your search results in too many matches than you expected, try narrowing your search with a phrase. Also, you may advance your search with the operators "AND", "OR", and "NEAR".
The "NEAR" operator is very useful when you want to search for something specific, for example, a stainless steel wastebasket. Simply type your search phrase as "stainless NEAR wastebasket", rather than "stainless wastebasket". The search results will return more matches that way.

What about orders to Hawaii and Alaska?
 Due to the high incidence of damage and loss, Red Lollipop is no longer using the US Postal Service. We are currently using other carriers to track and properly insure our packages, making sure they get to you in top condition. |

 Cookies allow us to maintain what is known as a "user session". A Session allows us to track your progress through our site and ordering system via the cookie. Your cookie from our site expires once you turn off your browser. |

How do I report damaged shipments?
 Please call us immediately at 1-702-492-6807 and we will process a claim and/or replacement. Fedex usually requires an inspection in the event of damage so please hold onto all packing materials and the item until further notice. Please ask the freight company to note any visible damage when they leave the package. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made by Red Lollipop with the freight company after 10 days. Do not refuse a shipment unless approved by Red Lollipop. Failure to follow these steps may result in lack of credit or replacement. Red Lollipop MUST be informed within 7 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim. |

Christmas and Holiday Shipping and Returns
 Noon on 12/14 is the cutoff for shipments to arrive by December 24th. FEDEX does not offer guaranteed delivery dates/times during Christmas, and packages may get lost and/or damaged in transit. We therefore cannot guarantee delivery times. We will do our best to correct any mishaps that may occur in shipment.
30 Day Return Policy from purchase date remains in effect as usual with exceptions as noted in item text or regular return policy. Assume gifts can be authorized to be returned from Dec 25 to Jan 24th. |
